You can use our glazed thin brick tiles or any of our sealed terracotta tiles like gloss or satin sealed terracotta, inside the firebox, as they are designed to withstand the heat. Our Cotto tiles are another great option as they are high-fired.
It is important to keep in mind that the high temperatures produced by a wood fireplace can cause the tiles to wear over time and may result in staining from soot. On the other hand, a gas fireplace doesn't have the same potential level of wear and tear.
