Sample products are complimentary; Trade members are responsible for shipping costs. ### How do I receive my complimentary samples? Make sure you're logged in using the email associated with your approved Trade account before placing your sample order. Add the samples you'd like to your cart and **up to $60 in sample products will be automatically discounted at checkout.** No discount code is needed. ### Do Trade members pay for sample shipping? Yes. Sample products are complimentary up to the $60 limit, but Trade members are responsible for shipping. You can use our available sample shipping rate or select **“Use my own carrier account”** at checkout and enter your UPS or FedEx account information. ### Do I receive anything after placing a sample order? Yes! Each Trade sample order also includes a **$20 credit toward your next order**, helping offset the cost of sampling and shipping. ### What if I need more than $60 in samples? If your sample cart exceeds $60, the Trade sample benefit will cover up to $60 and you'll be responsible for the remaining sample cost and shipping. For a larger project or an unusual sampling request, contact your Trade representative or email **[trade@clayimports.com](mailto:trade@clayimports.com)** and we can help. ### Where do I order samples? Samples can be ordered directly from eligible product pages on our website. Select **Order Sample**, choose the what you'd like to see, and add it to your cart.
