UPS Shipments

All sample orders and any orders weighing less than 100 lbs will be shipped via UPS Ground unless an alternative method is requested. We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We ship all sample orders via UPS Ground. For rush delivery of sample orders using your own shipping account number, please email contact@clayimports.com. Please be aware that there will be a handling fee of $7 for sample orders shipped using a different parcel carrier than UPS.

LTL Freights

Clay Imports utilizes a third-party LTL shipping service and is unable to modify specific shipping policies enforced by the company. Please note that orders weighing over 100 pounds will be shipped via LTL.

Additionally, we do not offer partial shipments for individual orders. Your order will be shipped once all items are available and ready for delivery.

How do we your order ship?

We make sure our tile leaves our warehouse in perfect condition by following the below steps.

  • All orders are inspected by hand for quality assurance.
  • Each box is carefully stacked on a Clay Imports approved sturdy wooden pallet.
  • To protect your tile from weather, every pallet is then covered with a durable heat shrunken film.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a call from the shipping company to schedule a delivery appointment window.

To ensure successful delivery, we require onsite contact information (your name and phone number)

  • Please note that all deliveries are CURBSIDE DELIVERIES. Drivers will usually unload the delivery off of the truck.
  • You are responsible for getting your order inside and from the curb. The driver will not take the tile into your home or business.
  • Someone must be present to unload and sign for the order. The shipping company will usually call you to arrange a delivery appointment.
