Order Shipping and Tracking Timeline

Learn when to expect your order, when tracking becomes available, and what happens once your shipment is on the way.

Your estimated ship date is when we expect your order to leave our warehouse. Once your shipment is handed off to the carrier, you'll receive tracking information with an estimated delivery date.

When will my order ship and arrive?

For in-stock orders, delivery typically takes about 14 business days from the order date. Made-to-order products will have a longer estimated production timeline.

Ship and arrival dates are estimates and may shift due to production, carrier transit, weather, or other unexpected delays.

How does order tracking work?

Tracking becomes available once your shipment has been handed off to the carrier. If you have an estimated ship date but don't see tracking yet, your order may still be in fulfillment, being packed, or awaiting carrier pickup.

Once it ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

What happens with freight deliveries?

Most tile orders ship via LTL freight. Once your shipment reaches the terminal nearest you, the carrier will contact you by phone, text, or email to schedule delivery.

Please respond promptly to avoid unnecessary time at the terminal, which may result in storage fees.

What if my tracking hasn't updated?

It's normal for tracking to go periods without an update, especially while freight is moving between terminals. The carrier's tracking will provide the most current estimated delivery information once your order is in transit.

If your shipment has passed its estimated delivery timeframe or hasn't moved for an extended period, please contact Customer Support and we'll be happy to help.
