Can I return the overage? ## We don’t accept returns on leftover tile, which is why we recommend planning your order carefully and keeping any extra tile for future repairs. Because our tile is handmade, color, shade, texture, and sizing can vary between production batches. For that reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on leftover tile once your order is complete. We generally recommend ordering **10–15% overage** to account for cuts, installation needs, and future repairs. Your installer can help determine the right amount of overage for your specific project. ### Should I keep my leftover tile? Yes! We recommend holding onto any extra tile after installation. Because handmade batches naturally vary—and colors or products may change over time—ordering an exact match later may not always be possible. Keeping a few pieces from your original batch gives you the best match if you ever need to make a repair or replace a tile down the road.
