Additional charges, determined by the third-party carrier, may apply to shipping destinations classified as hard-to-reach areas. These classifications are made at the discretion of the third-party shipper and are not influenced by Clay Imports.

Hard-to-reach areas can be identified for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to, significant distance from the nearest shipping terminal, limited accessibility for freight trucks due to narrow roads or low bridges, challenging terrain such as mountains or unpaved roads, and other logistical factors that may hinder efficient delivery.

It’s important to note that these additional charges are not included in the initial shipping costs and will be assessed only after the shipment is prepared for dispatch. Once identified, these charges will be itemized and invoiced to you. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please be aware that these charges must be settled in full prior to the delivery of your order.
