Are there any alternative shipping methods to LTL freight?

For the safest and most efficient shipping experience, we only ground ship orders weighing less than 60 lbs. This is because packages over 60 lbs. have a higher risk of arriving damaged, which can cause delays and additional expenses for replacement tiles and shipping.
For orders over 60 lbs., we ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight on sturdy wooden pallets, which are loaded and unloaded using forklifts. Our goal is to protect your order and help you complete your project on time.
The cost of shipping a small order (10–20 sq. ft.) is the same as shipping a large order (100 sq. ft.). This is because the freight carrier has a minimum order requirement to cover their costs. From the carrier's perspective, all pallets take up the same amount of space on a truck and require the same travel distance, paperwork, and terminal processes.
