For the safest and most efficient shipping experience, we only ground ship orders weighing less than 60 lbs. This is because packages over 60 lbs. have a higher risk of arriving damaged, which can cause delays and additional expenses for replacement tiles and shipping.
To ensure the integrity of your products, we ship them via LTL Freight on sturdy wooden pallets and use forklifts for safe transportation. Our goal is to make your experience as smooth as possible, allowing you to complete your project on time without any headaches.
It's important to note that the cost of shipping 10-20 square feet is the same as shipping 100 square feet. This is because the freight carrier has a minimum order requirement to cover their costs. From the carrier's perspective, all pallets take up the same amount of space on a truck and require the same travel distance, paperwork, and terminal processes.
