How do I cancel an order with Clay Imports?

Order cancellations must be submitted in writing and approved by Clay Imports. The available options and any applicable fees depend on when you request the cancellation and the current fulfillment status of your order.

To cancel an order, reply directly to your order confirmation email with a written cancellation request. All requests must be reviewed and approved in writing by Clay Imports before a cancellation is confirmed.

What refund options are available if I cancel within 24 hours?

If your order is canceled within 24 hours of placement and fulfillment has not yet begun, you may choose one of the following options:

• 100% store credit — issued with no additional fees.
• Refund to your original payment method — if approved, a payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee reflects charges assessed by the payment processor and is subject to change; contact Clay Imports or review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the current rate.

What happens if I cancel after 24 hours or after fulfillment has begun?

After 24 hours, additional cancellation fees may apply.

Orders that have already entered fulfillment — including orders that have been packed, palletized, prepared for export, or scheduled for shipment — may also be subject to a Warehouse Recovery Fee. Contact Clay Imports for the applicable fee amount based on your order's current status.

Store credit may be available without these additional fees, depending on the status of the order.

Are there orders that cannot be canceled?

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Orders that have already shipped, are in transit, or have been delivered are not eligible for cancellation.
