All About International Shipping

Below are answers to common questions about international shipping, including samples, full orders, payment methods, and freight forwarding.

Q: Do you ship samples internationally?

A: Yes, we ship samples internationally.

We offer shipping options for customers outside of the U.S. and Canada. To receive a quote, email us at contact@clayimports.com.

Samples ship via UPS or DHL and typically arrive within 10–14 business days.

Q: Do you ship your materials worldwide for full orders?

A: We ship directly to Canada and Mexico. For other countries, we ship to a U.S.-based freight forwarder, who coordinates delivery to your final destination.

For Canada and Mexico, we handle the shipment from our warehouse to your delivery address. For a quote, contact contact@clayimports.com.

Q: I'm in Canada or Mexico, can you ship directly to my location?

A: Yes. We ship directly to both Canada and Mexico and manage the full delivery to your location. For a shipping quote, email contact@clayimports.com.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to a freight forwarder?

A: Yes. If you’re located outside of the U.S., we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice. Freight forwarders handle international logistics, including transportation, customs clearance, and documentation, making the process much easier to manage.

For a pallet weight and dimensions, contact contact@clayimports.com.

Q: What payment methods do you accept for international orders?

A: Duties and taxes vary by destination and shipping method:

Canada

  • If you’ve imported before, let us know your preference:
    • We can handle import costs, or
    • You can manage them through your broker
  • If you choose to handle import costs, please ask your broker to block all Clay Imports shipments

Mexico

  • No duties or import fees apply. Our tile is made and shipped within Mexico

Other International Destinations
