# How can I order samples?

## You can easily order samples online, on each product page!

**Ordering Online**

You can order samples directly from any product page. Simply select the tile you’re interested in and choose the **Sample** option. Sampling helps you see and feel the tile’s color, texture, and finish before making your final decision.

**Here’s how to order:  
Step 1:** Look for the text “ORDER SAMPLE” right under the product pricing.

**Step 2:** Select your preferred tile type or variation, and click “ADD TO CART.” You can add up to five sample pieces to your cart.

**Step 3:** Once you’ve chosen your samples, head to your cart to complete checkout.

***Tip:** Sampling is the best way to preview variations in color and texture, especially for handmade or natural materials like terracotta.*

**How is sample shipping handled?**  
We ship samples using **UPS, FedEx, or USPS -** whichever offers the best rate.

**Prefer to use your own carrier account?**   
Select **“Use my own carrier account”** at checkout and enter your account number. Shipping charges will be billed directly to your account at the carrier’s standard rates. These rates may sometimes exceed our flat-rate shipping cost.
