# Where is your tile shipped from?

## Most items are shipped from Mexico, with few being shipped from Austin, TX.

When placing a full order for tiles, it's important to note that our fulfillment centers are located in both Austin and Mexico.

We want to make you aware that the majority of our items will be fulfilled and shipped from our Mexico warehouse. However, for items that are currently in stock in Austin, your order will be shipped from our Headquarters there. Samples also ship from our Austin, TX Headquarters within just a few days!

**For items that are currently in stock in Austin:**

\- Your order will be shipped from our fulfillment center in Austin.

**For items that are currently in stock in Mexico:**

\- Your order will be shipped from our fulfillment center in Mexico.

**For made-to-order items:**

\- Your order will be shipped from our fulfillment center in Mexico.

Rest assured that regardless of where your order is fulfilled, we take pride in ensuring that your tiles are delivered to you promptly and with the utmost care.
