- Inadequate material ordering will lead to costly and stressful add-on orders, which can delay your project completion and complicates the artisan's production schedule.
- Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that add-on orders will match, and we are unable to expedite orders in the event that supplies run low.
- Add-on orders will reflect the current price of the item at the time of order placement. If your original order was custom or was placed over 3 months ago, your Add-On orders will incur a $200 set-up fee in addition to full retail pricing.
- Though we will do everything we can to keep as close to the original as possible, due to the handcrafted nature of our tile, we are unable to guarantee that the color, sheen, thickness, or sizing will be an exact match to your original order.
- Add-on orders can not be canceled, exchanged, or returned as to why our handmade tile has organic variation from batch to batch which makes it very hard to use towards another order.
