Because our tile is handmade and varies from piece to piece, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Our handmade products naturally vary in color, shade, size, and texture, and those variations are part of what makes each batch unique. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Custom orders made specifically for you, including custom colors, sizes, patterns, or shapes, cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
Last Call (Bundle Sale) and Limited Edition items are also final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
