What is your return policy?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any of our products.

Due to the nature of Clay Imports' handmade materials, which can vary in size, color, shade, and texture from piece to piece and batch to batch, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any of our products.

For all customized orders, including those with custom colors, sizes, or patterns/shapes, the items are made specifically to meet your requirements. This means that no one else can accept the item, and as a result, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.

Additionally, please note that all items marked as Last Call (Bundle Sale) or Limited Edition Items are considered final sale. Therefore, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these items as well.
