There are instances when UPS updates their package tracking to show that a delivery will be made before the package is actually physically delivered. If you have received a delivery notification and it is still the same day as the scheduled delivery, you can expect to receive your package by the end of the day.
However, if it has been more than 24 hours since you received the delivery notification and you still haven't received your package, it is advisable to contact UPS and have your tracking information ready. Please note that once UPS has picked up the package, we only have access to the information provided in the tracking details. UPS should be able to assist you in locating the package.
It is important to reach out to UPS first, as they are responsible for ensuring that the package reaches you. In the unlikely event that the package has been lost during transit, please send an email to contact@clayimports.com within 2 business days of receiving the delivery notification. Our team will investigate further and arrange for a replacement package to be sent to you, covering the loss.
